Eric Menser

Startup Fellowship Lead · Palantir

Eric created the startup fellowship at Palantir. The startup fellowship is an equity-free, 8 week program, where 20 of the best pre-seed to Series A startups are selected to accelerate their product development alongside a team of our Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers. The startup fellowship is ideal for exceptional teams building: 1) vertical AI for enterprise, 2) in a regulated industries, or 3) want to integrate with our commercial or defense products, like MSS. Applications for our upcoming cohort are open. Prior to Palantir, Eric was a USMC officer who worked and deployed under SOCOM. He has experience working at the White House, on embassy staffs, and briefing Members of Congress. His dad was a career Air Force pilot, his sister is a Blackhawk pilot, and he has two brothers-in-law who are Army / Marine Officers. His wife grew up in the bay and has incubated multiple startups. Eric played rugby at the Air Force Academy.
