Keenan Blatt
Senior Program Manager · MIT

Keenan Blatt is currently a Senior Program Manager at MIT, where he oversees the development and integration of programs pertinent to global security and innovation strategies, liaising with NATO, SOCOM and other partners. Keenan also manages MIT's Dual-Use Ventures STTR incubator. He has over ten years of project and program management experience within diverse sectors, including defense, academia, and software development. Keenan has a Masters of Science in Technology Commercialization, where he specialized in deep tech validation, go-to-market strategy and technology transition frameworks at The University of Texas at Austin. His past experience also includes roles as an Intelligence Officer with the Army National Guard and managing a portfolio of research projects at UT-Austin sponsored by Army Futures Command. He has recently been appointed as an innovation advisor for the US Army Reserve 75th Innovation Command.

Jason Dunn is Founder and CEO of Outpost Technologies, where he leads product development, engineering, and long-term strategy. He is focused on building elegant, high-impact systems for space logistics and Earth reentry, with the mission of making space more sustainable and accessible. Jason is recognized for his relentless ambition and commitment to leveraging space technology to improve life on Earth. Prior to founding Outpost, Jason was the Co-Founder and CTO of Made In Space, where he led the development of the first 3D printers and in-space fiber optics manufacturing technologies in orbit. He guided the company from early-stage innovation through acquisition by AE Industrial Partners, and its eventual IPO as RedWire (NYSE: RDW). His career has centered on turning science fiction into engineering reality—developing technologies that operate off-Earth to unlock new commercial and scientific frontiers.
