Blaise Zandoli
Blaise Zandoli is the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Contract Analyst for the Army SBIR Program and Portfolio Manager for the program’s AI/ML and Energy Resiliency portfolios. As Portfolio Manager, he collaborates with Army customers and emerging tech small businesses by supporting Army market research needs, shepherding R&D work for potential SBIR funding, and presenting the Army SBIR Program to small businesses. He also supports the program’s organizational re-design as the principal author of the program’s Innovation Framework and coordinates the Program’s interface with venture finance firms. Blaise has fifteen years’ experience in finance and manufacturing and has worked and studied across East and South Asia, Western Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a Colonel (Ret.) in the U.S. Army Reserves and was U.S. Senate confirmed for promotion to Brigadier General.
Blaise holds the degrees of Master of Business Administration from Bocconi University earned jointly with a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, Master of National Security Strategy from National War College, Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Affairs from American University, and a Diploma in French Language and Politics from University Aix-Marseille.
