Jen Warren

Colonel Jennifer M. Warren (retired) is a strategic innovation leader and was the Spark Division Chief at AFWERX, where she guided over 100 Air Force innovation hubs and accelerated the adoption of dual-use technologies across the Department of Defense. A seasoned acquisitions executive and French-speaking Foreign Area Officer, she led U.S. security cooperation in Sub-Saharan Africa and advised senior defense leaders on AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Jen was a National Security Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center and is the founder of Exia Edge, a consultancy that helps startups navigate the DoD’s complex pathways to impact. Her work bridges national security, emerging technology, and the global forces shaping tomorrow’s innovation landscape.
