Stevan Youssef

Stevan currently serves as a Program Manager for the Defense Innovation Summer Fellowship, Commercialization Program at the DIU, where he leads and executes strategy for the DIU's Talent Portfolio's commercialization incubator. Prior to that, he served as Sr. Commercialization Lead at BMNT Ventures, the commercial accelerator division of BMNT, a leading government innovation consultancy. Prior to BMNT, Stevan served as a Commercialization Program Manager at In-Q-Tel Emerge, the commercial accelerator arm of In-Q-Tel. In that position, he oversaw a portfolio of over forty deeptech companies transitioning out of DARPA and the National Science Foundation. Earlier in his career, Stevan served as a due diligence analyst for a deeptech venture capital syndicate. Stevan started his career in state legislative politics and is a graduate of the University of California.
