Brian Stevens leads energy, technology, and innovation initiatives to enhance the Texas Military Department’s readiness through installation resilience and mission assurance. A retired US Army/Texas Army National Guard officer, his 25-year career includes special operations, strategic planning, and energy infrastructure projects in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a Certified Energy Manager with degrees from Wayland Baptist University and the University of Texas at Austin.
