Dr. Stepanenko was appointed in October 2023 as a Deputy District Director. Mr. Zeke Topolosky manages the Department of the Army’s Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology Transfer (SBIR|STTR) programs executed out of the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)).
