Megan Stokes is a contractor supporting the Department of the Navy (DON) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs. Megan coordinates DON’s participation in the DoD SBIR/STTR Broad Agency Announcements and supports DON SBIR/STTR Programs outreach efforts by engaging small businesses across the country. She has a BS in Business Administration, Management and has supported the SBIR/STTR Programs for over 18 years. The DON SBIR/STTR Programs are mission-oriented programs that integrate the needs and requirements of the DON’s Fleet through research and development (R&D) topics that have dual use potential, but primarily address the needs of the DON.
