Kevin Rustagi

Kevin Rustagi is an entrepreneur and startup advisor. For his formal education, he earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering / Product Design at MIT, along with an MBA MSc in Mechanical Engineering / Robotics from Stanford. He was also a Rhodes Scholarship Finalist. After turning down a full-time job to work on the iPhone, Kevin co-founded Ministry of Supply at the end of college (now 100k+ customers) and was the first business hire at LIFT Aircraft, departing in 2024 as Chief Commercial Officer. Kevin helped build Ministry of Supply by hiring core team members and setting a Kickstarter category record. At LIFT, Kevin helped fundraise working with StartEngine, individual investors, and winning $8M+ in defense contracts. There, he co-led HR, pioneered the first autonomous medical evacuation drone aircraft for the US Army, and helped the company launch the first electric vertical aircraft consumer experience (now flying in Austin and at the World's Fair in Japan). At present, he is advising startups in robotics, advanced air quality, and AI/film as well as serving on Austin's Light Rail Advisory Board. Kevin's work has been featured in Forbes, NYTimes, Techcrunch, and on 60 Minutes (where Anderson Cooper flew the LIFT HEXA). Kevin also testified before the House Small Business Subcommittee on crowdfunding in support of the JOBS Act.

Susan Stuver
Director, Defense Energy and Collaborative Programs · GTI Energy

Dr. Stuver is the Director of Defense Energy and Collaborative Programs at GTI Energy, where she spearheads the execution of groundbreaking hydrogen programs and strategic partnerships. Her leadership extends to cross-cutting energy research efforts across the company, including pioneering the DoD Hydrogen Energy Research Operation (HERO). Dr. Stuver also co-leads the transformative Low Carbon Resources Initiative and supports the innovative HyVelocity hydrogen hub effort. In her role, Dr. Stuver orchestrates the internal operations of GTI's energy-related endeavors, leveraging the expertise of personnel, state-of-the-art laboratories, and cutting-edge test facilities. She oversees a diverse portfolio of research projects, driving advancements in the field, as well as supports long-term strategic planning, internal R&D, and business development opportunities, including networking, presenting, and proposal writing. Dr. Stuver is a Board-Certified Environmental Scientist, holding a PhD in Environmental Engineering and Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio, an MS in Environmental Science and Spatial Analysis, and a BS in Biology. With over 30 years of experience in R&D, consulting, engineering, technology validation, and integration within the energy industry, Dr. Stuver is a recognized leader in her field and a proud veteran of the US Army.
